SHIPPING POLICY & FEES:
FREE SHIPPING on all online ground packages for orders over $100.00 Ground shipping will be delivered  between 2 and 6 business days depending on your location, we ship from the different warehouses from the east coast and the west coast. We do not charge any extra Handling Fees. Insurance is included with shipping at no additional cost. Free shipping for the lower 48 states,  HI,  AK & PR not included. Express shipping not available on seats, springs, oil, sway bars, wheels, delivery is based on actual working days.  We use UPS, FEDEX and USPS for all our shipping and reserve the right to choose the carrier.
Any order over $100.00 will only be shipped to the billing address of the card holder unless you fax our office at 1-888-351-4511 a copy of the front and back of your credit card with a signed note authorizing the shipping to other address. Also we will only ship to the Paypal confirmed address if you make payment via Paypal.  Signature may be required on all deliveries over $100
We will make all effort to ship your order on the same day the order is placed, our normal order processing time is 1 to 2 business days, we will ship all items in stock but delays may occur on products on back order, we will inform you if the delay is over 10 days. Customer is  responsible for all Custom Duty/Brokerage fees charged outside the USA.

RETURN, CANCEL & EXCHANGE POLICY:

No return or exchange will be accepted without prior authorization, all return or exchange items must be accompanied by a RA number, RA number can be requested by email at  sales@ltbautosports.com  that number should be visible on the outside of the return box, we can not accept returns on special order parts, Lamin-x, PIAA light bulbs/kits & seats, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the order. All returns without RA number will be refused and returned to sender, all returns must be in original packaging with all original hardware and manuals and never been installed or modified,  any refused or undeliverable shipment sent back to LTB Autosports will be subject to 20% restocking and we will also be subject to all shipping fees incurred. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the product back to our warehouse. If the return meets our Return Policy we will refund the full amount of the product minus 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping, the credit will show on your credit card statement within 30 days.  We can exchange any new product within 30 days of purchase, customer is responsible for all shipping fees on the exchange. Customer can cancel their order as long as the item has not shipped from our facilities, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted to cover our credit card merchant fees that we loose when we charge your credit card and when we refund the card. The buyer is responsible to ensure that the purchased product is compatible and will fit his or her vehicle.
